To process a return or replacement, please contact us at info@thirtypercent.de. We allow up to 14 days after receipt of goods to request a return. The condition is that the jewelry is in the same condition as you received it. You must return your item in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.Once a return is received at our warehouse we will automatically process the refund or replacement.

We ask for your understanding that the earrings cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons. Goods should be returned in an unused condition.

Regrettably, we are unable to provide refunds on gift bags, gift boxes and gift cards.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. Please fill out the form below with the required information regarding your return request.
2. You will receive an email with detailed instructions for returning your items based on your location.
3. Pack the item(s) in question securely and send them to us according to the instructions provided.
4. Once we have received your return, we will process it within 10 business days. The refund will be made without the shipping costs incurred.
