THRITYPERCENT ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://thirtypercent.de) ("Website"). By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree to this agreement in order to protect each other and set expectations for our service.
1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to keep accurate stock figures on our website, but from time to time stock discrepancies can occur and we cannot supply all of your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will deliver the available products to you and contact you to find out whether you prefer to wait for the backordered item to be restocked or whether you prefer that we issue a refund.
2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times.

Delivery to other countries is approximately 7 working days.
We ask for your understanding that there may be delays at peak times (e.g. public holidays).
3. Returns

To process a return or replacement, please contact us at info@thirtypercent.de. We allow up to 14 days after receipt of goods to request a return. Once a return is received at our warehouse, we will automatically process the refund or replacement.
3.1 Return for Change of Mind
THIRTYPERCENT will happily accept returns due to a change of mind as long as we receive a return request within 14 days. Read more about our return policy on the Help&FAQ page.
3.2 Warranty Claims
We offer a one year warranty on all our products. We are happy to fulfill justified warranty claims. If at any point your purchase falls out of regular use, send an email with a picture of the defective item and we'll provide a replacement or refund the store credit. However, we cannot reimburse warranty claims in cash. We will refund defective jewelry, but not jewelry that has suffered wear and tear.
We ask for your understanding that the earrings cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons. Goods should be returned in an unused condition.
Regrettably, we are unable to provide refunds on gift bags, gift boxes and gift cards.
Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you have a choice of:
(b) a replacement item which will be sent to you (if available).
4.1 Shipping Time
Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day after payment of the order. Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday during normal business hours, excluding national holidays when the warehouse is closed. In these cases, we take steps to ensure shipping delays are kept to a minimum.
4.2 Change of Shipping Address
If the delivery address changes, we can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Contact us by email at info@thirtypercent.de for assistance.
If a package is sent to an incorrect address where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address, it cannot be refunded if lost.
4.3 Out of Stock Items
If an item is not in stock, we will ship the order as soon as we have the item(s) back in stock.
4.4 Delivery time exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecast time, please contact us so that we can investigate.
Upon shipping, customers will receive a tracking link to track the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates provided by the shipping carrier.
If you find that a package is damaged in transit, if possible, refuse the package from the courier and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for the next steps.
7.1 Sales Tax

7.2 Import Duties and Taxes
All import duties and taxes are paid within the European Union. Import duties and taxes for shipments outside the European Union may be payable upon arrival at the destination country. This varies from country to country and THIRTYPERCENT encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival in your destination country, the goods will be returned to THIRTYPERCENT at the customer's expense and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods less the cost of return shipping. Initial shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
8. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can always accept cancellations before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please see our Refund Policy.
9. Insurance
Packages are insured against loss and damage up to the value declared by the courier.
9.1 Procedure for Packages Damaged in Transit
We will process a refund or replacement once the courier has completed investigating the claim.
9.2 Procedure for Packages Lost in Transit
We will arrange a refund or replacement once the courier has made an investigation and deemed the package lost.
9.3 Parcels lost after delivery
We are not responsible for packages lost after they have been deemed delivered by the courier company. If the package has been delivered according to tracking, we can conduct an investigation. If the investigation shows that the package was delivered to the right place, we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods.
To avoid this, we recommend that you choose express shipping to have the package delivered to you personally.
