RETURNS

Of course we really want you to enjoy your new item from THIRTYPERCENT. If this is not the case, you can send it back to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please contact us by email at info@thirtypercent.de or via chat so that we can tell you the respective address for the return shipment.

We ask for your understanding that THIRTYPERCENT does not cover the shipping costs for your return (except for defective goods).

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

However, you must be aware that surface treatments and coatings will wear off over time. With the right and careful care, you can preserve its original beauty for many years.
If you wish to restore your jewelry to its original color and plating, contact your preferred jeweler for a new plating.
So that you can enjoy your jewelery for a long time, here are some care instructions:

Gold-plated jewellery: If possible, do not wear it when exercising, swimming/showering ( no salt water! ) or sleeping. Avoid direct contact with deodorant, hairspray, creams and perfume.

Silver jewellery: Store dry and separately , preferably in velvet bags or boxes. If necessary, polish with silver care.

A simple trick: carefully clean any discolouration with toothpaste.
